The Program Outline

IN-STUDIO SESSIONS x 4

SEMI-PRIVATE STRENGTH x 1

Release your fears around lifting heavy weights.
With a maximum of 4 people per session, our semi-private strength class is designed to help you build muscle whilst teaching you correct form and technique. Through compound movements like squats and deadlifts, you will build lean muscle mass, increase red blood cell production, improve bone density and burn fat.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT x 1

Feel confident pushing yourself in a targeted small group strength circuit class. Focusing on form, tempo and accuracy, this circuit-style class will sculpt and tone muscles, improve mental acuity and build self-confidence.
Maximum of 8 people per session for individual attention and technique refinement.

SCULPT + MOVE x 1

A group class focusing on lengthening and toning muscles, improving core strength and postural alignment and keeping the body mobile. Our Sculpt + Move class brings a variety of training modalities into one space to realign the mind and invigorate the body.

KAAIAA x 1

Our signature format and a powerful reminder that you are stronger and more capable than you think. Experience a dynamic combination of Breath Work, Body Work, Meditation and Mindset Training to drive both physical AND mental wellbeing with instant results.

OUTDOOR SESSIONS x 2

HILL / STAIR WALKING x 2

In addition to the 4 in-studio sessions per week you will also be encouraged to do 2 x 30-45 min outdoor hill/stair sessions. Walking up an incline is a wonderful way to keep joints strong and mobile as well as working the glutes without the impact of running. We suggest putting on your favourite podcast or playlist and getting outside, or better yet, grab a friend and power on together!

Nutrition + Supplements

In addition to your workouts, you will also be provided a tailored Nutrition Program to follow with some suggested supplements. These are research-based and will help you get the most out of your 12 weeks.

With any supplementation or changes to diet it is recommended that you check with your healthcare professional to ensure they are suitable for you.

There will also be an opportunity to engage with our in-house nutritionist to help you stay on top of your program.
