At KAAIAA, every class has been designed specifically for women who want more than a generic “one-size-fits-all” workout. Our class lineup works as a complete ecosystem and together, they meet you exactly where you are – whether you’re rebuilding strength, returning after time off, managing hormonal changes, or ready to seriously level up. CREATE UPPER + LOWER
Our CREATE sessions are where you get true PT-level strength coaching without the 1:1 price tag – split into focused upper and lower body days so you build real, balanced strength. In a small, carefully capped group, you’ll train under the close eye of an instructor who coaches your form, adjusts your setup and progresses you week by week.
Create Upper builds strong, sculpted shoulders, arms, chest, back and core to improve posture, protect your neck and make everyday lifting feel easier.
Create Lower focuses on powerful, stable hips, glutes and legs to support your joints, boost bone density and future-proof your body.
AMPLIFY
AMPLIFY is our dedicated strength and conditioning class designed to help you maintain muscle, improve cardiovascular health, protect your joints and boost your overall fitness in a way that is safe, structured and sustainable.
Using our multi-functional weight benches you’ll move through a series of thoughtfully programmed exercise blocks giving you a balanced workout. Sessions are coached closely, with options for every level, so whether you’re picking up weights for the first time or coming back after a break, you’ll feel confident, challenged and completely taken care of.
KAAIAA
Our signature KAAIAA class is a true “4-in-1” experience designed to train your body and your mind in one powerful session. Each session weaves together pilates-style bodyweight movements, core conditioning, breath work and guided mindset work so you’re not just ticking a workout off the list – you’re actively building resilience, focus and emotional fitness at the same time.
We finish with our signature mindset technique so you leave feeling clear, capable and connected. Every element has been meticulously curated to support strength, recovery and long-term results, and give you the confidence to unlock your full potential.
EXTEND
EXTEND is where we slow things down to go deeper – into your mobility, stability, endurance and core strength. Think of it as the glue that holds all your training together. These sessions blend controlled strength work, dynamic and static stretching, balance training and intentional breath to help you move better, recover faster and feel more spacious in your body.
We pay particular attention to hips, shoulders, feet and spine – the places that tend to tighten up with desk work, stress and hormonal changes. Extend is essential if you want to feel longer, stronger and more connected to how your body moves, rather than pushed past your limits.
RESTORE
RESTORE is your nervous system’s new favourite class – a restorative practice designed to leave you feeling refreshed, recharged and truly nourished. Instead of chasing intensity, we focus on deep rest: gentle movement, supported stretches, breath work and simple mindfulness techniques that help you down-shift from “doing” into “receiving.”
This is where stress softens, sleep improves and your system gets the signal that it’s finally okay to exhale. Restore is perfect at the end of a big week, after a heavy training block, or anytime you feel overwhelmed and need a circuit-breaker that gives back more than it takes.
