KAAIAA 8-WEEK PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between the Participant (“Customer”) and KAAIAA Studio (“Studio”) regarding participation in the 8-Week ‘Create’ Program (“Program”). By accepting this document, the Customer agrees to the following:

1. Program Commitment

- 1.1 The Customer commits to actively participating in all sessions, workshops, and scheduled activities throughout the 8-week duration of the Program.

- 1.2 The Customer understands that results depend on consistent attendance, personal effort, and adherence to program guidelines.

- 1.3 The Customer acknowledges the Induction Night before the program start date is a key part of the experience and is strongly encouraged to attend.

2. Liability Waiver

- 2.1 The Customer understands that participation involves physical activity with inherent risks, including potential injury or discomfort.

- 2.2 The Customer assumes full responsibility for their participation and releases KAAIAA Studio, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from program participation.

- 2.3 The Customer agrees to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before starting the Program and confirms they have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- 3.1 Cancellations made 14+ days before the program start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

- 3.2 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program starts will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- 3.3 Once the Program has commenced, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, holidays, or missed sessions.

- 3.4 Once the Program has commenced, no membership pause or freeze, can be applied within the Program.

- 3.5 In the event of a medical emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the Studio may, at its discretion, offer a credit or partial refund with appropriate documentation.

4. Payment Terms

- 4.1 The total cost of the 8-week Program is AUD $2,499 incl. GST (unless prior arrangement has been made)

$999 deposit is due before the start date to secure placement.

$187.50 per week for 8 weeks, processed via direct debit.

- 4.2 The Customer agrees to pay the full program cost, even if they choose not to complete it.

- 4.3 A valid credit card must be on file for payment processing.

5. Code of Conduct

- 5.1 The Customer agrees to maintain a respectful and positive environment for fellow participants, trainers, and staff.

- 5.2 Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Program without a refund.

6. Amendments & Program Adjustments

- 6.1 The Studio reserves the right to modify schedules or program elements if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

- 6.2 The Studio may terminate this Agreement if the Customer fails to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

7. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By accepting this document, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
