KAAIAA is a transformational practice that results in 4 distinct outcomes: FOCUS, STRENGTH, BALANCE, CONNECTION.

 Using a dynamic combination of Breath Work, Body Work, Meditation and Mindset Training, students are guided on an expansive journey into themselves where they move beyond mental obstacles, break down emotional barriers and push through physical limits to experience an outcome that will open them up to a powerful new reality.

Through music, movement, strength and stillness, KAAIAA encourages people to go beyond the intensity of the surface, past the noise of the mind and find the transformational release within.
