Meet Our Founder

Leah Simmons is a certified Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

With over 17 year’s experience in the Health and Wellness industry, Leah soon realised that there was more to good health than just training your physical body. She began to understand the importance of mental wellbeing as a key part of overall health and dedicated her training to discovering new ways to support her clients. Her professional convergence has been to innovate around what works and distil and filter that back into a solution for her different communities.

Combining practical knowledge with authentic honesty, Leah used her own life experiences and founded KAAIAA in 2021; a unique “4-in-1” class format that drives both physical AND mental wellbeing with instant results. It is a complete fitness and wellness solution for women that is powerful enough to create change, but safe enough to do every day.

Leah is an educator, a mother, a speaker and a media personality with a raw, honest and authentic approach to life.
